Years of rigorous training and over 35 years of experience led to the role of National Service Manager at Pearl River, the world's largest musical instrument manufacturer. I also served as the National Service Manager for Petrof, renowned for producing some of the finest European pianos. As the Vice President of Quality Control and Product Development for Hailun and Petrof pianos, I contributed to winning MMR's Piano Line of the Year in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Additionally, we were honored with MMR's Legacy Award in 2015 and the Acoustic Piano Line of the Year award in 2017. We now bring this experience to your piano!
